What if I have an allergy?
We take allergies very seriously. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, we highly recommend contacting us before ordering. We'd be very happy to talk you through all of our products, and the environment we work in. Just because you have an intolerance, you shouldn't have to miss out on a delicious feast!
Is Postal Pizza suitable for vegans?
Absolutely! We're extremely proud to keep on producing an ever growing vegan range. All our Pizzas begin life as vegan, starting from our dough and pizza sauce. We use a fantastic vegan mozzarella imported from Italy, which is a firm favourite with many of our customers. These are also great options for customers with dairy intolerances.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We personally deliver all order within 25 miles of our base in Warnham, West Sussex. This means that we're able to reduce our minimum order for local customers down to just £10. All orders are usually created, and delivered within 48 hours of being placed.
Do you offer National Delivery?
Yes! The best part about Postal Pizzas, is that we deliver nationally! Using chilled thermal packaging, and APC Overnight, we're able to supply our pizzas to your door, chilled, within hours. All orders are usually created, and delivered within 48 hours of being placed.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely. There is no minimum order for collection. We'll simply be in touch when your order is ready, and arrange a collection time with you.
What is your refund policy?
We have a no quibble refund policy, so if a part of your order is damaged, poor quality or not what you ordered, we really want to know about it. Feedback is important for us to improve. Please provide us with photo's of what went wrong so we can investigate for you.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are paid back to the card you used, and are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. This takes 5-10 business days after the refund is processed by our team.
